This course will explain the qualifying rules for ESA and how to appeal if a claim for ESA is rejected. It will help you to identify when a claim may have been wrongly refused or a person allocated to the wrong group, and to know how to respond.
In particular the course will include:

- - Process and phases once a claim is accepted
- - Work related activity and Support groups
- - The appeal process
- - Practical activities to help participants to apply knowledge in their work
