This course will provide you with an overview of the main areas where the Equality Act can protect disabled people from discrimination. It will provide you with the knowledge that you need to understand who is protected under the Act, and then look particularly at discrimination in employment, goods and service provision and in housing and transport. This course is intended as an introductory overview and will not cover each area in detail.
In particular the course will include:

- - Reasonable adjustments – case law and considerations
