Employment Law Legal Help eligibility assessment drop in
Monday and Wednesday afternoon’s from 2pm – 5pm
DLS is now running a Legal Help eligibility assessment drop in service.
If you are on low income or receive:
- Income Support
- Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
- Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
- Pension/Guarantee Credit
Then you may be eligible for free legal advice and representation.
Come to our disabled persons’ Employment Law drop in where a member of our Legal team will assess whether you are financially eligible under the Legal Services Commissions (LSC) Legal Help scheme.
Please note that this service is only open to clients who have Employment Law issues.
