Access our expertise once your course has ended!
We now offer training delegates additional post training support.
For a modest fee of £25 for voluntary organisations and £75 for the private and statutory sector (in addition to the cost of training) you will receive:
1. Access to a password protected online portal where you can submit up to five enquiries directly to your course trainer, up to six months after the training is concluded.
2. Within 5 days of submission the trainer will contact you, either in writing or on the phone to discuss and resolve your enquiry.
3. The details of this response will be stored within your online portal, where you will also be able to access your training materials.
Post training support gives you the opportunity to have direct access to your trainer, to follow up any issues or incidents that occur at work that relate to your training.
